 ABOUT
I started my first business because I enjoyed fixing stereos.  I was inspired by how much pleasure it brought to people when I was able to bring music back into their lives.  Fixing stereos was "good to me", but by the end of the ‘80s the Hi-Fi repair market was disappearing, so I upgraded to fixing computers.

Fixing computers was "very good to me".  Being an experienced problem solver, I thrived in Computer Systems Engineering for many years.  My technical skills got me started, but my focus on the Customer’s needs drove my career success.

Solving bigger problems led to bigger systems.  Although technology had been "very, very good to me", I was getting tired of spending too much of my time with computers.  Bigger titles and even the lure of bucks in the bank were not adding up to what I really wanted.

I finally gave into my desire to interact with PEOPLE again - instead of just computers.  I like solving problems for REAL people.  I see the joy when someone’s problems are solved, which is much more satisfying than fixing even complicated corporate concerns.  When was the last time you saw a corporation smile?

Admittedly I still spend time with computers, but now I spend most of my time working with small business owners.  I listen to their problems, figure out how to provide Solutions with Real Results - and then I get to see a smile.

"Internet success, without the technical stress" really gives owners something to smile about!
