When Harvard University needed help with a complex database they hired Sean as their consultant.
Harvard realized they wanted to make some changes to an ACCESS database that they use for tracking Committee Members. The challenge they faced was that the original developer had moved on years ago, so now they were struggling with trying to modify custom software that had been "orphaned".
After analyzing Harvard's ideas, Sean developed a new process model and implemented new business features within their existing database. He worked directly with staff to define their needs, added many ideas and useful features of his own, and provided the training to show everyone how much easier the new system was to use. | Provide Technologies needed someone to write training manuals for their entire line of custom tools.
